8PM (All booths must set up Friday- No Saturday morning
set-up) Exhibitors not registered by 8PM will forfeit their
space to a waitlisted applicant

Refunds:
Upon acceptance, there will
be no refunds for cancellation after July 1, 2011

Signage:
All artists will receive
artist nametags and a booth sign showing name, hometown and
booth number. This must appear at or above eye level in front
of the exhibitor’s display
Entry Guidelines:
Work from molds, kits,
patterns, plans, prefabricated forms or any other commercial
methods are NOT permitted. All work must be original- No
“BUY-SELL” or imports. All artists must personally attend
their exhibit and all artists must be present during the
entire Artfest. Artists must be responsible for their own work
and booth. Artist must supply their own booth structure with
cover. Individual tent rentals are available by contacting
GHAC. Work in images must be representative of the work to be
shown at the festival. Only works of art personally created by
the artist accepted as an exhibitor at the festival may be
displayed or offered for sale. Tapes and CD’s of instruments
made by the artist may be sold along with the instrument, but
not alone. Neither GHAC or the City of Harrisburg will held
liable for loss or damage to work or property or for personal
injury, nor shall the artists or any representatives be a
party to any legal action against any of the above named
